Our Property Development team has levels of experience and expertise rarely found in firms this size. It’s headed up by Partner James Lench who started his career in London and has a wealth of experience in this area. We’re also one of the very few regional firms with a dedicated development team. We’re typically instructed on gross development values between £0.5m and £20m, but we’ve also handled projects worth in the region of £200m. And while London and the South East is our home territory, we work with clients nationwide. So whatever it is, wherever it is, you can safely leave the paperwork to us.

If they’re late, the system automatically notifies them, and you, by email. This way, solicitors can no longer claim they haven’t received the documents, thus saving time. And because you have an instant, 100% accurate view of the status of every plot, you can make decisions and manage the sales process more effectively.
