Solicitor (Company Commercial)
Description
Due to a steadily increasing workload of transactional work, we are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 2–3 years solid post qualification experience to join our dynamic growing department. You should have a background in transactional work, preferably gained with a larger regional or London firm and the desire to build your career with a leading firm in the South East. You will be expected to demonstrate experience in providing end to end legal, technical and practical skills to the highest quality in the following key areas:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Sales of businesses
• Shareholder agreements
• Terms and Conditions
• Sponsorship agreements
• Shareholder disputes
• Commercial arbitrations
Applications are welcome from candidates with a sound commercial background who would like to move into corporate work. You will also have proven marketing experience such as involvement in referrer/client events and networking lunches.
